Daily ritual at school, prepare lessons immediately and then a whole 10-15 mins in the toilet. The toilet break will really be perfect w the company of a stick but i have long quit and refrain from taking it. Basically, its the social obligations towards my future kids and as well as my students. As much as i am not a very responsible person, i am glad this job made me a bit more socially responsible to others and myself. It had began to irritate me too when Shaiful puffed his addiction near me. I had been bugging him to quit but not really pressurizing just giving the lizard's sound or coughed pretentiously.

Yesterday, we went to look at a nice pigeon hole a block away from dad's. Fully renovated but damn, they just got themselves an agent. The agent n i think the owner too want us to pay the agent 1% of the later agreed buying amt. Not fair rite cos i dont get to know about the house via the agent. Its through word of mouth wat n why should i pay the agent. Oklah, the agent is not as much as a big deal cos the owner most likely want us to pay higher than the chinky who have said that they are willing to pay 12k above evaluation price. Frankly, i am kinda sceptic if that is true. Shaiful and I just gonna stay stubborn with the highest we are going to pay is 160-170k for a 3I flat. We can do our own paperwork so we dont think we need to engage an agent. Anything not reasonable enuff to ask to throw in more than wat we budgeted, we shall just forget it. I am beginning to dislike ppl who are selling the hse at a very high price to earn much more money. I know its their right and its my right too to take offence on it. Could be also that i didnt really like the wife way back when we were still in secondary but i dont think i am that irrelevantlah. Aiyah, will seelah if its fated for us...we will get it despite of their could be desire to earn more and our intention of paying wat its really worth & deservable.
