Adam Ant...remember him?
One of those hits in secondary school, Wonderful by Adam Ant.
According to the encyclopedia of Rock n Roll, this band has punk influence too.
Guess, that statement was made based on the song Goody Two Shoes, Pronce Charming and wadeva they may have. I had been singing and beating to the rhythm of Wonderful. Yesterday was sorta Adam ant Wonderful 'crazy'. Shared the song w others, even Zareena's cousin and a girl out of my era. Ahaha, sounds aging rite but i am ok w aging especially when i have my dove collagen shower cream.
Son of the Mask, not dat fine as the company i had yesterday.
My feet kinda sore due to yesterday's stubborness. Heh, my short cut wasnt a short cut after all.
Bought ice-cream puffs fr Carrefour and ate it as we get to knoe each other by the Singapore river. Just talking and laughing at each other especially when i got 'neurotic' over cockroaches.
Today, i am going to settle sum umrah stuff w mum. Sheesh, i feel like lazing at home. Mum sent bibik to look for 'ketam' early this morning but disappointment. Nvm, there will be a lucky day. I just want to read and laze. Tomorrow, i have to do an interview and i must prepare some questions. So far, i want to knoe what is bottle-neck rhythm other than the rock influences in Singapore. Reminds me too, to call Kak Wan for another interview as well as getting the scripts. So many work to be done but i am dilly-dallying. I am not good at managing time. Too self centered w couching in front of the pc. Broke promises ...URGHHHHHH! Why i am too busy with lazing?
The walk reminds me of those tunes, faces and cliques dat have slowly disappeared and returned to the time before the hand shakes. I was not totally prepared for that but the time has come to erase those days. Be it smiley white teeth, pikachu ruling the sky, ground dat u thought carved with flowers , dripping walls, smokey late nights, unnecessary giggles...indie tunes. Missing have grown to just missing. Owe to them these part of my life and i wish them well too. Well in the good for themselves.
